How an eSIM works in 4 steps
An eSIM is a digital data profile you download — no plastic chip. It installs in minutes and you're online the moment you land.
1. Choose a plan
Pick your destination and data amount. Prices are shown in EUR with no hidden fees.
2. Pay and get your QR
After payment you receive a QR code and install instructions by email — usually within minutes.
3. Scan the QR
In Settings → Mobile data → Add eSIM, scan the QR code. You can keep your home SIM for calls.
4. Activate on arrival
Turn on data roaming for the eSIM when you arrive. Validity starts according to your chosen plan.

Questions we get a lot
How do I create an account?▼
Open Create account, enter your email and a password (at least 8 characters), then enter the 6-digit code we email you. After that you can top up your wallet and order eSIMs.
What exactly is an eSIM?▼
A data profile you download instead of a plastic chip. Scan a QR in your phone settings; you can often keep your home SIM for calls while data runs on the travel plan.
Will my phone work with it?▼
If unlocked and not ancient: iPhone XS / XR+, Galaxy S20 / Note 20+, Pixel 3+, and many recent mid-range models. Email us your exact model if unsure.
When does validity start?▼
Depends on the plan — see the plan card and delivery email. Europe Unlimited: install within 90 days; data window from activation. Vodafone and other plans often start at first use in region.
Refunds if something goes wrong?▼
Unused eSIMs are covered as in our Refund Policy (typically 14 days). After activation or consumption, it's treated as delivered.
Do you store my card number?▼
No. Stripe runs card top-ups. We only see that balance increased — not your PAN or full card details.
Do you offer a Partner API?▼
Yes. Approved B2B partners can use our REST API (catalog, wallet, orders, eSIM delivery). Request partner access — we enable API keys after onboarding.
