These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website megaesim.us and the eSIM data plans purchased through it (the "Service"). By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

megaesim.us sells digital eSIM data plans for use on compatible mobile devices. Each plan provides mobile data over partner networks within the regions and for the validity period stated on the plan's page. Plans do not include voice calls or SMS unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include taxes where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. You authorise the charge of the total amount displayed at checkout when you confirm the purchase.

4. Delivery & activation

eSIM profiles are delivered digitally to your account immediately after payment confirmation. The validity period of a plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a partner network, unless stated otherwise on the plan description.

5. Compatibility

It is your responsibility to confirm that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Refunds for incompatible devices are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, sending spam, bypassing security measures, or any activity that violates partner network terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the website.
